30-Day Quality Promise

We stand behind every tee. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bakerstee.com with your order number and photos.

Free Replacement or Refund (Manufacturing Defects)

If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us right away at support@bakerstee.com.

We'll send a free replacement or process a refund if your item has:
•    Print defects (misprints, placement errors, quality issues)
•    Wrong item shipped (wrong design, color, or size than what you ordered)
•    Damage in transit (confirmed by carrier)
•    Manufacturing sizing error (measurements don't match our size chart)

To help us review:
•    Provide a clear photo of the entire t-shirt (print area visible) with a tape measure showing the dimensions
•    Include your order number
•    Item must still be in your possession for verification

If measurements don't match our published size chart, we'll process a free replacement or refund. If measurements match our chart, the item was made correctly; see Size Exchange below for paid exchange options.

Size Exchange (Fees Apply)

If you ordered the wrong size, we'll send a replacement, or offer a store credit, depending on your order size. Because we don't have return facilities, we can not accept returns.

How it works:

Send a request via email to support@bakerstee.com within 30 days of delivery

1–2 item orders - Replacement

  • You pay outbound shipping (cost varies by order) + any upsize price difference. We will ship your replacement

3+ item orders - Store Credit

  • We'll calculate your store credit based on what you actually paid, minus the actual shipping cost we incurred
  • If a discount code was applied to your order, store credit reflects the amount you paid after that discount, not the original retail value
  • Store credit does not expire and will be applied to your account on request

Limits:

  • One exchange request per order
  • Exchanges subject to inventory availability

What's not covered:

We cannot offer refunds, or replacements, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind about the design or purchase (each tee is custom-printed for you)
  • Purchases made with the intention to return unwanted sizes
  • Normal variations such as slight color differences due to screen settings or minor loose threads
  • Customer-caused damage from wear, washing, or improper care
  • Items no longer available for verification (discarded, donated, or otherwise unavailable for photo review if requested)
  • Requests after 30 days from delivery date
  • Custom or personalized items (unless there's a manufacturing defect)
  • Sale items (unless there's a manufacturing defect)
  • Gift cards

Orders Shipped to the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Wholesale Orders

This policy applies to retail customers only. Wholesale and bulk orders are subject to separate terms and conditions. If you are a wholesale customer and have a question or concern, please contact us directly to review your agreement.

Refund Timelines

Once we have reviewed your request and approved the refund:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not seen it reflected in your account, please contact us at support@bakerstee.com.
