We are excited you are interested in bringing our baking-themed apparel to your customers. Our wholesale program makes it easy to stock the quirky, pun-filled designs that bakers love.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions Version 1.2 - Bakers Tee Effective Date: December 01, 2025

1. Wholesale Pricing & Discount Structure
Our wholesale discount tiers are:

•    30% off retail price for orders of 20 to 49 items
•    40% off retail price for orders of 50+ items

Shipping within the continental United States is included in wholesale pricing. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Wholesale discount codes:
•    BULK20+ (for 20 to 49 items)
•    BULK50+ (for 50+ items)

Important: Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, sale prices, or storewide discounts. Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice, though any price changes will only apply to new orders placed after the effective date of the change.

2. Ordering Process
You may place wholesale orders either by:

•    Using the appropriate discount code at checkout on our website, or
•    Requesting a direct invoice by emailing support@bakerstee.com

All wholesale orders must meet the minimum quantity requirements for the discount tier selected. Orders are subject to product availability. We'll notify you immediately if any items are out of stock.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement for all orders, whether placed through our website using discount codes or via direct invoice.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

4. Production & Fulfillment
All items are made to order and produced after your order is placed. Standard production time is 2 to 7 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
During peak seasons (including but not limited to Black Friday through Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day), production times may be extended. We'll notify you of any expected delays that may affect your order.


5. Quality Control & Inspection
This is critical: You must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Our printing partners maintain high quality standards, but occasional printing errors can occur.
If you receive damaged, misprinted, or defective items, you must:

•    Notify us within 30 days of your order date
•    Email support@bakerstee.com with photos clearly showing the issue
•    Include the full front of the tee showing the print area and size tag visible in the photos
•    Provide your order number

We cannot accept claims for damaged or misprinted items reported more than 30 days after your order date.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our made to order products, we can only accept returns or provide refunds/replacements for:

•    Items that arrive damaged in shipping
•    Items with printing defects or errors
•    Items that are significantly different from what was ordered

We do not accept returns for:

•    Change of mind or buyer's remorse
•    Incorrect sizing choices (please reference our size charts before ordering)
•    Minor color variations due to different screen displays or printing processes
•    Items reported more than 30 days after your order date

Approved returns or replacements: If your claim is approved, we'll either send replacement items at no charge or issue a refund to your original payment method. The resolution method will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

7. Product Sizing & Specifications
Detailed size charts are available on each product page. Please review these carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
Our products are printed on various brands of base garments (including Gildan, Bella+Canvas, and others). Actual garment brands may vary based on availability, though we maintain consistent sizing standards across all brands we use.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on Bakers Tee products are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Wholesale customers are authorized to resell our products only in their original, unaltered form. You may not:

•    Reproduce or copy our designs
•    Remove or alter any tags, labels, or branding
•    Represent our products as your own brand
•    Use our images or designs in your own marketing without written permission

9. Resale Pricing
While we don't mandate retail pricing, we ask that you maintain pricing that reflects the quality and value of Bakers Tee products and doesn't undercut our retail prices in a way that damages the brand.

10. Order Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after order placement, cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours of order submission. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as items are already in production.

11. Limitation of Liability
Bakers Tee's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
